专利摘要:
An assembly line comprises a succession of replaceable in-line modules each having a conveyor section and the conveyor sections of successive modules being arranged in series to constitute a conveying path. The conveyor section of each module has a succession of areas each of which accommodates a workpiece carrier and at least one of which is a processing area for working on a respective workpiece held on the carrier. Each conveyor section includes slideways for vertically and laterally guiding the successive workpiece carriers along the conveying path and a series of drive rollers spaced along, and separate from the slideways for individually driving each carrier independently through the conveyor section. The slideways of the adjoining modules form a continuous planar conveying path along the entire assembly line for securely holding the successive workpiece carriers.

The invention relates to a production line for machining parts during two or more technological operations that are successively supplied to machining or assembly positions along the transport route, using drive conveyors, on which these parts are preferably mounted on satellites or similar devices. .
The purpose of the invention is to enhance the functionality of the line by ensuring that the satellite is stopped at any place on the way of its transportation and moving the rest of the satellites at that time.
Figure 1 shows the flow line diagram; FIG. 2 is a separate position of the flow line; on fig.Z - the initial section of the production line; 4 shows a fragment of the position processing site with machining and assembly machines, the edge of which 24, enveloped away from the transport route, is raised, while the edge 25 facing the transport route has a slip coating 26. In the rim 24, semicircular recesses 27 are provided, in which friction rollers 28 are placed, which are protected from above by covers 29, which are covered with slip surfaces 26.
Between the clamps 29 and the satellites I 2 there are guide grooves 30.
Each satellite is provided with guide rails 31 entering the guide grooves 30 and shock absorbers 32. The friction rollers 28 on opposite sides of the transport line rotate in opposite directions, thereby moving the satellite 2.
Friction rollers 28 are planted on vertical shafts 33, which are

Fig. 6 shows a section of a line with two rolls 35, 36 and have rigidly connected sections of the route 37 that is worn with them. To the collar
with the appropriate boot, sbo-37 adjoins the friction clutch 38.
Rocky devices and machining-on the shaft 33 using the sleeve 39 sliding machines; Fig. 7 is an arrangement diagram with the possibility of satellite satelliteing in several operating positions; Fig. 8 shows the construction of a removable insert of the guide bar with the pawl.
A continuous line consists of positions. At that, position 1 can be a loading position, position 2 - processing, position 3 - transfer, etc. To prepare the product, positions 7 to 10 are provided, forming a separate production line, at the end of which transfer position 11 transmits satellites 12 to the cross conveyor 13, from which they arrive at position 3, and by means of a transfer device, are transmitted to the transport route with positions 3-6. At positions 1-5, two parallel portions of the transportation route 14, 15 or 14a, 15a are provided. At position 8, only one section of the transport route 16 is provided. On the support plate 17, in the processing zones 18-20, openings are made for the convenience of processing the fingers 44. For fixing on the satellite 12. The clamping pads 45 are provided on both sides of the satellite.
Before the treatment area, fingers 46 are provided that are actuated.
the sections of the transportation route 14-16, 14a and 15a are mounted the support bars 21, 22, 21a, 22a, 23,

The two drive rollers 40 of the toothed-belt transmission are combined into a single unit. The drive rollers 40 through the spring 41, the force of which can be adjusted by means of the nut 42, and the plate 43 are pressed against the friction clutch 38, and the torque transmitted from the drive rollers 40 to the friction rollers 28 can be adjusted using the nut 42.
For each section of the transport route, a separate drive is provided, from which movement through the gear-belt transmission is transmitted from to the rollers 40.
The shafts 33 of the friction rollers located on one side of the transport line are interconnected by a toothed belt drive.
If there are two branches of the transport route, then each has its own drive.
In the treatment areas, there is a satellite stop mechanism made
0
regardless of fingers 44, whereby the satellite can be delayed until the treatment area along the transport line is free.
A transverse guide 47 is provided to move the satellites from site 15a to section 4a. Incoming satellite 12 actuates a switch 48 operating from the anvil that first includes clamping shoes 45, with the result that the next satellite stops in the standby position. The switch then turns on the pusher 49, which moves the satellite 12 along the guides 47.
To return the pusher 49 to its original position and turn on the pusher 50, a switch 51 serves. At position 8, there is also a satellite stop mechanism made in the form of fingers 52. Fingers 52 can be simultaneously probes, which, when triggered from a satellite that approached them, causes E 53, the latter, through the recesses in the slab, press on the guide bars 31 and ensure the exact height adjustment of the satellite.
For precise orientation of the satellite 12, the clamps 53 face teeth (Xyta) are at an angle of 45, which engages with the corresponding teeth on the bar 31.
In a common position with two sections of the transportation route 14c and 15c, there are jobs 54 and 55, which are offset to the opposite ends of the transportation route sections 14c, 15c. Workplace 56 is formed between the plots, which makes it possible to install units 57 and 58 intended for workplaces 54 and 55. Units 59 and 60 are located on the outer side to each of the workplaces.
On the guide bars 31, the Hirt teeth can be replaced with interchangeable inserts 61, which may be in the form of a rack with teeth 62. The inserts may have different tooth pitch. A pawl 63 serves to engage the teeth 62, which allows the satellite to be fixed in several working positions in the same processing point. Workhead 64 with servo drives 65 and 66 can
move back and forth, allowing the part to be processed, like in the satellite from any position.
Lini works as follows. When the drives are turned on, the satellites, due to the interaction with the friction rollers 28, begin to move along the transport line. In the working area, fingers 44 are extended, respectively, stopping the satellite satellite, which is additionally fixed by clamping cylinder Ii 45, while the remaining satellites continue to move due to the installation of a friction clutch on each shaft 33, which disconnects
2Q friction rollers 28 from the drive. After lowering the fingers 44, the satellite moves further along a given technological cycle.
